01The answer on one screen
If you read nothing else.
Wedge · Founding Member
$69/month or $600/year, USDC, after a free 7-day trial. Founding price locked for life for anyone who joins before Pro launches. The live Now feed, Telegram alerts on every window, and one public unedited record of every call: blocked calls, losers, one basis, one start date, conflicts disclosed. Sells what exists today. Paid access opens the day the 14-day reliability gate closes and a legal person exists to take the money.
First cash from strangers · the scan
72-hour pre-launch scan, $2,500, delivered as a report. Which callers, wallets and recurring farmers are active on the chain this week, who is likely to work the launch, and what to watch on day one. Zero new engineering: it is written from retained data and a 72-hour watch. Sold by Elie to agencies and projects with a dated launch. Five scans sold to strangers beats one pilot from the chairman.
Reference · Hayden's launch, free
Unpaid and contractual. We run the launch room on Hayden's launch in exchange for two written things: the right to publish the numbers, and five named introductions inside his launch stack. Related-party disclosure printed on the record. It becomes the case study that sells the $6,000 launch room and the $1,500/month monitoring to the next customer.
Build rule: no new surface, no rename, no second strategy on the member feed, and no launch-room build until the record page is live and one person with no equity in Caverio has paid. The desk rebuilt the product five times in seventeen days. The fastest path to revenue is seventy-five real conversations and one honest record, not another night build.
What changed from v1 and v2 this afternoon: the Launch Desk is no longer first and no longer a $15K system; Hayden is no longer an invoice; the gate is 14 days on observation gaps and missed crossings, not 7 days of uptime; the 50-seat cap and the "max safe size" field are gone; the day-14 test is 3 paying strangers, not 10; and nothing gets built before a stranger pays. The three reports that forced this are verbatim on the critics page.

One conflict to resolve with this plan, not after it
Rook's system audit this morning (12:41) recommends decommissioning the crypto stack to research-only (option B: keep the chain tapes and price paths, stop dashboards, deploys, rankers, case builders and the paper arms). That option stops the things this plan sells. My answer as co-founder: B-minus. Keep the chain tapes, price paths, the Now writer and its deploy, the deep-pullback v2 paper engine and the paper monitor. Stop the launch-strategy tracker's 60-second deploy, both surge legs, the rankers and case builders nobody reads. That recovers most of the CPU and egress the audit found and keeps the product alive. Decision 8 below.
03What is sellable today, and what is not
Sellable now, as derived state
1. Who bought first, how much, when they left: per pool from open, three chains (our own chain tape, defensible).
2. Recurring early wallets: tokens whose first 20 buyers include wallets that recur from earlier runners do worse (0.10 clean vs 0.27; one unaudited statistic over 2,670 tokens, to be audited before it is quoted to a buyer).
3. Holder exposure, live: are the early buyers still in (Robinhood Chain complete; BSC behind provenance item 7).
4. Attention vs money, separated: Telegram and Fomo attention next to actual USD flow (X is dark, so callers on X are missing until credits return).
5. The honest record: every call a rule made, every refusal, what happened after, on one basis. Only the party running the rule can publish it.
6. The evaluation loop itself: replay, paper book, yardstick, kill.
Not sellable, or not as worded
Prediction (0.598 AUC holdout). The Situation view (paused). Trading returns (negative on the honest view). Raw prices from DexScreener, CoinGecko, Fomo or Binance re-displayed on a paid page: rights unverified, derived state only. "Max safe size": cut, it is position sizing. Green/red as a verdict wired to a push: reworded as observation ("in range", "out of range") with the rule's reason, until counsel says otherwise. Anything worded as returns, alpha, guaranteed or signal.
What we say: "See every window our rule opens, while it is still open, and what the rule saw. You decide." For launches: "Who is farming your launch, and whether your paid attention became money. Read from the chain, not from the agency's deck." Defensive counter-intelligence, sold to the party that pays for the launch, not to the party that runs it.
04Who pays first, ranked on money × urgency × access
| Buyer | Budget | Reality check | Time to first $ | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A. Serious discretionary traders | $69/month founding | the daily tools (GMGN, Photon, Axiom, DexScreener, Cielo free tiers; stated-unverified) ship first-buyer and sniper views at $0. We are not priced against Nansen, we are priced against free. What is not free is one audited public record with blocked calls printed. Cold list with a dossier is harder than cold: borrow distribution from three group admins | first paid 9 Oct earliest, after gate and trial | wedge |
| B. Projects and agencies with a dated launch | $2,500 scan; $6,000 launch room later; $1,500/month monitoring | cold five-figure B2B into crypto agencies runs 45 to 90 days; a $2,500 report from a dated event closes faster and needs no system. The budget holder is usually the project or its treasury, not the market maker | first scan 16 to 30 Oct | first stranger cash |
| C. Hayden's launch | $0 by design | a cheque from our own chairman is a cap-table transfer, not revenue; every agency discounts it on sight. Worth more as a published case with five intros | n/a | reference |
| D. Agent and bot builders | $199/month + usage | gated on provenance and a reference customer | 60 to 120 days | later |
| E. Referral links | small | after members exist; never to parties who appear in the record without disclosure | after A | add-on |
| F. Our own trading | capacity a few hundred dollars per ticket | not a revenue line inside 60 days; live capital only after 30 days of paper surviving every audit | n/a | R&D only |
05The plan
Track 1 · Founding Member (the wedge)
Offer. $69/month or $600/year in USDC, after a free 7-day trial issued as a passcode on the existing gate. Founding price locked for life for anyone who joins before Pro launches. No seat cap. Now: every token in range right now, with the rule's reason in plain words and observed depth, copy address. Alerts: Telegram push on every window, production strategy only. The record: a public page, no login, every call since 23 Sep 15:34, blocked calls included, result to the cent on the B view, print-confirmation status per row, conflicts disclosed (live book, Hayden, any referral). Founder terms: a private group with Thomas.
Why this price, and why it may drop. $69 sits inside the brand brief's founding band and above the free tools. Two of three critics argue the comparison set is free and the honest number is $39. The plan holds $69 for the first gate and drops to $39 on 23 Oct if the gate fails; that is a price test, not a hope.
Reliability gate, 14 days, closes 9 Oct. Per chain, measured daily: ingest gap never over 15 minutes; observation-gap share over 10 minutes under 2% (today 11 to 17%); crossing-to-alert p95 from provider time, not detect time; missed crossings via replay against an independent refetch; watchdog fire count (three restarts is not a clean day); zero print-gate bypasses; days-to-exhaustion on Helius and CoinGecko. The clock restarts on an incident. Nobody pays before this log exists.
What we never say. Returns, alpha, guaranteed, signal, safe. If the rule is bad, the record shows it and we swap the rule publicly. The record is the product; the rule is a tenant.
Track 2 · Launch scan, then Launch Desk (cash from strangers)
Opening offer: the 72-hour pre-launch scan, $2,500, delivered as a written report. The ecosystem around the token this week: which callers and wallets are active on the chain, which recurring farmers are working launches, what to watch on day one. Written by Vesper from retained data and a 72-hour watch. No build. Sold by Elie to a top-20 cut of the 139-contact sheet, by discovery call, with a one-pager and the Hayden case once it exists.
Second offer, after one stranger has paid: the launch room, $6,000, and monitoring at $1,500/month. 48 hours live: first-buyer tape, recurring-wallet flag, holder exposure, flow vs attention, one page updated every minute. Realistic build is 12 to 20 days, not 5: three of its four inputs are incomplete today (BSC holdings behind item 7, X dark, Solana on thin credits). A 48-hour live room is an availability promise on the customer's worst day, so it ships with a written service credit and a named human awake, or it does not ship.
Hayden's launch: free, contractual. Written before work starts: the right to publish the numbers, five named introductions inside his launch stack, and a related-party disclosure printed on the record. No referral fees to market makers or agencies who appear in the record.
Track 3 · Labelled outcomes for agents (the moat)
Waitlist page now, zero cost. A v0 read-only endpoint only after provenance passes (item 9 complete) and one reference customer exists. $199/month plus usage. Derived state only; the raw sidecar never leaves the building.
Trading R&D stays R&D
Mid-tier pullback, meme trend rerun with honest fills, cascade on perps. Kill date 22 Oct. A strategy that passes becomes the flagship record and, after 30 days of paper surviving every audit, a small live book that is never commingled with member money.
06Thirty-day critical path, one clock, one builder
| When | Deliverable | Owner | Done means |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fri 25 Sep | Decisions 1 to 8; DNS token; caverio.world registered; reliability log day 1 | Thomas; Vesper | replies in Telegram; domain resolves; log entry |
| 25 Sep to 2 Oct | Record page: every call, one basis (B view), one start date (23 Sep 15:34), blocked calls, censoring caveat, print-confirmation per row, conflict disclosure | Vesper spec → Bolo build | loads without login; reconciles to the ledger |
| 25 Sep to 2 Oct | Legal person and wallet: entity or named sole trader, tax residence, who signs; dedicated USDC address, named signer, written recovery, no commingling with the trading book; sanctions screening at payment | Thomas | written, one page, filed |
| 25 Sep to 2 Oct | Terms, risk, privacy, refund mechanics live and human-reviewed; rights file: DexScreener, CoinGecko, Fomo, Helius, Binance terms read, quoted, dated, field-to-permission table; unpermitted fields cut or derived; Caverion knock-out search in writing (EUIPO, USPTO, classes 9/36/42) | Vesper drafts, Thomas reviews | pages live before the pay link exists; rights file in the project dir |
| 25 Sep to 2 Oct | "Max safe size" removed from Now; green/red reworded as observation; free 7-day trial issuance on the 3047 gate | Vesper; Bolo for the gate hook | a stranger can get a trial passcode untouched |
| 25 Sep to 2 Oct | Hayden barter agreed in writing (publish rights, five intros, disclosure); scan one-pager drafted; Elie cuts the 139 to a top-20, no outbound yet | Thomas; Vesper; Elie | signed note; one-pager; list |
| 2 to 9 Oct | Landing page at caverio.world: a named human with a face, a live timestamp proving the tape writes, the record above the price, trial button, no fake urgency. Conversations begin: 15 a day, borrowed distribution from three group admins, daily material from the record | Vesper page and material; Thomas voice | 25 conversations, 10 trials by 9 Oct |
| Thu 9 Oct | Reliability gate closes on the section 05 definition; paid access opens | Vesper; Thomas | 14 clean days logged; first payment possible |
| 9 to 23 Oct | Trial-to-paid follow-up; Elie opens the top-20 with discovery calls selling the $2,500 scan; Hayden's launch captured live as the case artifact when it happens; Situation Report weekly from the record | Thomas; Elie; Vesper; Bolo on capture only | 75 conversations, 30 trials, 5 agency calls |
| Thu 23 Oct | Gate 1: 3 paying strangers and 25 logged replies out of 75 conversations, or 1 scan paid | all | decision, not debate |
| 23 Oct onward | Only if Gate 1 passes: launch-room build against a signed launch (12 to 20 days); Pro tier designed from what members ask for; publish the Hayden case with real numbers | Bolo, Vesper, David review; Elie | first $6,000 launch room signed by 30 Nov |
Bolo in these 30 days: the record page, the trial hook, gate bugs, provenance item 9. Nothing else starts. Rook: nothing on Caverio until the second account exists. Vesper: reliability log, legal and rights drafts, scan reports, landing copy, daily conversation material, scorecard at 08:00 daily. Thomas: legal person, wallet, Hayden note, fifteen conversations a day from 2 Oct. Elie: list cut and one-pager first, outbound only after Gate 1 or the first stranger payment.

Targets, revised down from v2 and honest: 9 Oct paid access open. 16 to 30 Oct first dollar from a party with no equity in Caverio. 30 Nov $2K MRR plus $7,500 collected from scans. 31 Dec $10K MRR combined, or the wedge is wrong and we say so in public.
08Gates and kill criteria
| When | Pass | If it fails |
|---|---|---|
| Thu 2 Oct | legal person named; wallet custody written; terms and rights file live; record page live on one basis; Hayden note signed | no pay link until every item is true; trials still run; the tape log continues |
| Thu 9 Oct | 14 clean days on the section 05 definition, including credit runway | paid access stays closed; clock restarts from the last incident; Solana half is not sold if Helius runway is under 30 days |
| Thu 23 Oct | 3 paying strangers and 25 logged replies out of 75 conversations, or 1 scan paid | the offer is wrong, not the product: $39, 14-day trial, 75 more conversations, no building |
| Sat 25 Oct | paper book survives 30 days of every audit; month-one churn under 20% | kill the strategy publicly on the record page, promote the next bench rule, keep the members |
| Sun 30 Nov | 30 paying ($2K MRR); Pro $99 launched; 3 scans sold; 1 launch room signed | no launch room: the launch trade is a favour, not a market; Founding Member only. No 30 members: ask the members what they would pay double for; that is the roadmap |
| Wed 24 Dec | $10K MRR combined | reassess retail vs data licence; the record and the chain tape are licensable even if retail does not convert |
09Before the first dollar: the blocking list
From the ops, legal and build critic, adopted in full. No exceptions, no "later".
- A legal person. Entity or named sole trader, tax residence, who signs, who is liable. If the entity takes two weeks, take names, not money.
- Named wallet custody. Dedicated USDC address, named signer, written recovery, no commingling with the trading book.
- Sanctions screening at payment, a refusal and refund clause, payer records retained.
- Terms, risk, privacy, refund mechanics live and human-reviewed before the pay link is public.
- Rights file. Five sources read, quoted, dated, with a field-to-permission table; unpermitted fields cut or derived. DexScreener is the largest exposure and its prices are on Now today.
- "Max safe size" removed and green/red settled as observation, before anyone pays.
- Conflict disclosure on the record page: live book, Hayden, any referral.
- Reliability gate passed on the section 05 definition, 14 days, with a written service credit.
- Caverion knock-out in writing. Cheapest item; still blocking.
Non-blocking, so nobody spends the week on them: landing polish, Stripe, Pro $99, annual pricing, X account, referrals, $69 vs $79, any Launch Desk build, provenance items 5 to 9 beyond what the record needs, brand assets.
10Red team: what three critics said and what it changed
Three independent critics ran on both drafts between 13:12 and 13:16 today. Reports verbatim on the critics page. Web search was quota-blocked for two of them, so their competitor and rights claims are marked unverified in their own words.
Market
Said: a cheque from the chairman is a cap-table transfer; agencies will not buy their own audit at $15K; the $69 tier is priced against free tools, not Nansen; the two drafts quoted different books and no prospect survives that past call two. Verdict: Launch Desk first but as a $2,500 report; founding tier $39 over a free page. Changed: first revenue redefined as a non-equity dollar; scan report as the opening launch offer; one record, one basis, frozen before anyone sells; pitch reframed as counter-intelligence.
Go-to-market
Said: 20 DMs yields five replies and one member; the 3,488-handle list is a cold list with a dossier; Elie cannot sell $15K without an artifact; Hayden is a favour counted as a channel; a stranger sending USDC needs a face, a live timestamp, the record above the price and a reversible entry; two clocks and one builder means neither reaches proof. Verdict: Founding Member first, free trial, one clock. Changed: day-14 test is 3 paying plus 25 replies from 75 conversations; free 7-day trial; Hayden barter in writing; no launch-room build and no Elie outbound until the record is live and a stranger has paid; 50-seat cap dropped.
Ops, legal, build
Said: the tape cannot carry a paid SLA on a one-day-old watchdog; seven clean days measures luck; every price row since 23 Sep is DexScreener so "a tape they cannot get elsewhere" is false for prices; USDC with no entity is the highest-risk open question; "max safe size" is sizing advice; a green badge wired to a push is a buy signal; five build days is fiction (12 to 20). Verdict: Founding Member is the correct wedge; Launch Desk must not be first. Changed: 14-day gate on observation gaps, missed-crossing replay and credit runway; the blocking list in section 09 adopted whole; derived state only; no dollar before a legal person and a named custodian.
Where the critics disagree and what I chose. Market wants the launch report first; the other two want Founding Member first. I run the report as a parallel sales line because it needs no build and no SLA, and I keep Founding Member as the wedge because it has one counterparty class, no availability contract and no related party. Market wants $39 now; I hold $69 to Gate 1 with $39 as the written fallback, because a price cut before the first conversation is not a test. All three agree on Hayden: free, contractual, disclosed.
11Decisions needed from Thomas today
Eight answers, one line each
- Founding Member is the wedge; the $2,500 scan is the stranger-cash line; the launch room waits for a stranger payment. Yes, or a different order.
- Hayden's launch is free and contractual: publish rights, five named intros, related-party disclosure, agreed in writing before work starts. Yes or no. If yes, you open, I draft the note.
- $69/month, $600/year, free 7-day trial, no seat cap, $39 fallback at Gate 1. Yes or a number.
- Legal person and wallet custody. Who is the legal person that takes the money, who holds the dedicated USDC address, who signs. Needed by 2 Oct or no pay link.
- The public record is public: losers and blocked calls included, B view as the single basis, start date 23 Sep 15:34, conflicts disclosed, no login. Confirm.
- Build only against a paying stranger; scope freeze on the member surface until Gate 1. Confirm.
- Cloudflare token with Zone DNS Edit, register caverio.world today; I run the Caverion clearance and the rights file. Confirm.
- Crypto decommission scope from Rook's audit: B-minus as described in section 02. Confirm, or pick A, B or C and this plan adjusts.
With these eight the 30-day clock starts at the next tick. Without them, the tape log runs, the record page spec goes to Bolo, the rights file and the trademark search start, and the scan one-pager gets written, because all of those are needed under any answer.
12Next seven days
- Fri 25 Sep. This plan. DNS token. Trademark search started. Record-page spec and trial-hook spec to Bolo's inbox. Reliability log day 1 on the new definition. "Max safe size" removal ordered.
- Sat 26, Sun 27. Record page v0 on the B view. Rights file drafted from the five sources. Terms, risk, privacy, refund drafted. Scan one-pager drafted. Hayden note drafted for Thomas.
- Mon 28. Legal person and wallet custody decided. Hayden conversation. Site v0 on caverio.world with a face and a live timestamp.
- Tue 29, Wed 30. Trial issuance tested by a stranger. Trademark decision written. Elie's top-20 cut. Three group admins approached for borrowed distribution. Situation Report 1 drafted.
- Thu 1, Fri 2 Oct. Gate 0 check: legal person, wallet, terms, rights, record, Hayden note. Trials open. Conversations begin at fifteen a day.
